Former Turks and Caicos premier Michael Misick is the subject of today’s "Asset Search News Roundup". The Former Premier is also a co-defendant in two civil complaints that are related to each other and have been removed from state court to Florida federal court. Paragraphs 50-60 of the first complaint, accuses the Former Premier of possible involvement in a civil RICO scheme. Paragraph 58 of the second complaint, alleges that the Former Premier might not have "implement[ed] appropriate supervisory methodologies" in connection with a supposed securities fraud / Ponzi scheme.
